As we come out of a month-long deep dive into career design, I want to leave you with what often turns out to be the most powerful point of all for my coaching clients.
You are in charge.
It may feel like you're dependent on the decisions of others (will they hire me?), or circumstances (I need to pay off my grad school loans). Those things matter, but they don't mean that you can't identify, plan and bring the career of your dreams to life. With intent, an open mind and a willingness to take ownership, you can be in the driver's seat. And you should be.
